The Professional Chefs Association of South Jersey is proud to announce we are having a fundraiser
for one of our chef members. Chef Richard Gottlob unfortunately had a serious accident and is out of
commission for a while. Chef Rich has been a long-time member of our chef's community and has
given back a lot to help many people during times of need. He is a past Member of the Year for the
Chef's Association, and we want to show him we are there for him.
The date is Tuesday August 19th 2025 5:30pm till 8pm. It is being held at the Tuckahoe Inn in
Marmora, New Jersey. There will be a great dinner buffet , music and prizes. Tickets are available to
attend. Cost of tickets are $50 dollars each. All proceeds from the tickets and chance auction will go
directly to help Chef Richard and his family. Food donations and prize donations are being accepted
